designed to cater to provide extra services and convenience
to those of guests who regularly travel around Indonesia,
as well as offer numerous advantages available at any of our
hotels nationwide.
Simply complete the membership form and hand it to the Guest
Relations Officer on duty. Your new membership card will be
sent together with terms and conditions of use to the address
you stipulate on the form. You will then be eligible to take
advantage of the many benefits of membership.

or accumulate 30 nights are eligible to receive one free

General Conditions
- Acceptance of membership and all terms and conditions
of membership including SIP services and benefits offered
shall be at the discretion of Hotel Santika Indonesia management.
Hotel Santika Indonesia management reserves the right to
change, amend or cancel the program from time to time without
prior notification.
- All decisions made by the management of Hotel Santika
Indonesia relating to terms and conditions and procedures
in respect of the SIP shall be deemed absolute and final.
- In the event that an SIP member changes home or office
address, he or she shall notify Hotel Santika Indonesia's
Corporate Marketing Office.
SANTIKA IMPORTANT PERSON - OBTAINING SERVICES AND
BENEFITS
- Present your membership card each time you check in and
ask the hotel staff to stamp it as proof of your stay.
- To obtain services and benefits, present your membership
card to the hotel staff.
- Upon checking out, present your membership card once
again for validation of the number of nights of your stay.
- Check the discounts available.
PROOF OF STAY
- Each time you check in, ask the hotel staff to stamp
your membership card as proof of your stay. One stamp may
be received per room occupied.
- Upon checking out, ask the hotel staff to validate the
number of nights of your stay.
FULLY TRANSFERABLE
- Use of your membership card is transferable.
- Room reservations must be made by the member himself/herself,
or by a member of his/her staff, or by his/her office.
RESTRICTIONS
- Benefits and services offered to SIP members can vary
from hotel to hotel, or may not be available at certain
hotels.
- Discounts and benefits or services available to SIP members
that are not offered by a particular hotel for any reason
whatsoever may not be changed or claimed in arrears.
- Benefits and services offered to SIP members may not
be exchanged for other benefits or cash.
- Use of your SIP membership card and your rights to SIP
benefits and services can not be linked to other promotion
programs or similar programs offered by Hotel Santika or
special contract prices or reservations made by third parties.
- The SIP program is valid only for Indonesian citizens
and KITAS holders.
- In the event of card loss or expiry, the total number
of nights stayed up to that point shall not be recognized
and shall be annulled, and new terms and conditions shall
become valid upon issue of your new card.
DEFINITIONS
- SIP : Santika Important Person - an awards
program for Hotel Santika Indonesia guests
- Member : Any individual guest participating
in the SIP program
- Hotel : Hotel Santika
- Stamp : Proof that a member has stayed
at Hotel Santika
- Validation : Total number of room nights
stayed by a member
- Discount : A reduced price offered to
a member
- Room Night : The number of nights stayed
at any Hotel Santika hotel
STAMPING PROCEDURE
- Only cards of members who have actually stayed for one
or more room nights at the hotel will be stamped. Card of
members who have only reserved a room will not be eligible
for stamping.
- Cards will only be stamped once per room per stay, and
the number of room nights stayed at that particular hotel
will be validated.
VOUCHER CLAIM PROCEDURE
- In the event that a membership card has been used to
check in to any Hotel Santika at least 10 times (and has
received at least 10 stamps) or in the event that a member
has stayed at least 30 room nights (and has proof of stay
recorded on his/her membership card), please submit your
card to any Hotel Santika Front Office Manager or Hotel
Santika Corporate Marketing & Reservation Office in
Jakarta.
- Give your identity and ask the office on duty to give
you a temporary card. You can use this while your new membership
card is being processed.
- Your old membership card will be processed at Hotel Santika
Head Office, and you will receive:
a. Free stay voucher
b. New membership card
c. New terms and conditions of use
- Your voucher and new membership card will be sent to
the address of the first member name recorded in the Hotel
Santika Indonesia database.
